How to update in Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on your name at the top of the page
- Click on the dropdown next to “Profile”
- You will see the option to Change Address, Change Phone Numbers and Change Email Address
- Enter your updated information and select “Submit” or “Update” depending on the submission
How to update in Mobile Banking
- Log in to the Cadence Mobile App
- Click on the “Menu” in the top right corner
- Click on the dropdown next to “Profile”
- You will see the option to Change Address, Change Phone Numbers and Change Email Address
- Enter your updated information and select “Submit” or “Update” depending on the submission
How to verify in Commercial Center
- Log in to Commercial Center
- Click on "Menu"
- Navigate to “My Settings” then “My Profile” then click on “Contact Information”
- Review your Name, Email, Phone Number (must be a mobile number) and Physical Address for accuracy
- If updates are needed, please contact our Treasury Management Support team. You will not be able to manually make these updates in Commercial Center.
